Griffin is a secluded and private suburb located 30 minutes north of the Brisbane CBD. It is described by many local residents as generally being safe & sound and clean & green, but specifically great for also parks, schools and gyms. Griffin is only a short drive to the North Lakes Westfield which houses everything from some Ikea to some great restaurants. Griffin, while being quite secluded, it is far from being hard to get to and from, as it is a quick 5-minute drive to the Murrimba Downs Trainstation and a 10-minute drive to the Sandgate Train Station.
